Respecting our heritage while maintaining our innovative spirit, the pair of Player Series single-coil Telecaster pickups are crisp and articulate - it's authentic Fender tone with a modern edge. The "Modern C"-shaped maple neck's comfortable contours and smooth finish are ideal for almost any playing style. By adding a 22nd medium jumbo fret to the contemporary 9.5"-radius fingerboard we've made it easier to express yourself musically.
To enhance the traditional twang and bite of a Telecaster, we added bent-steel saddles to the string-through-body bridge for precise intonation and to help your sound cut through the mix, sustaining until the sun burns out. Other features include master volume and tone controls, a 3-way pickup switch with barrel tip, 3-ply pickguard, synthetic bone nut, dual-wing string tree, sealed tuning machines and four-bolt "F"-stamped neck plate that marks this instrument as the real deal - as Fender as it gets.

Classic Telecaster Style
NEW FENDER PLAYER SERIES PICKUPSFor greater overall tone, Fender outfitted the Player Telecaster with two all-new Player series single-coil Telecaster pickups.
There’s the traditional 3-way selector switch to offer an extremely broad range of tones to choose from. You’ll of course find the usual tone control, and a master volume control so you can sculpt your tone as you see fit.
String-through-body
BRIDGEFender included a string-through-body bridge on the Player series, with block steel saddles to enable simple tweaks for precision intonation adjustments and consistent stability.
Up towards that iconic headstock you’ll find 6 standard case sealed machine heads which deliver quick, reliable and accurate tuning. There’s a synthetic bone nut too which protects from string binding whilst also aiding in this guitars impressive sustain capabilities!

It doesn’t matter what the value of the guitar, if you buy it from us we take extra steps to ensure you are completely satisfied with your instrument. Each guitar goes through a 22 step professional guitar set up process to make sure your new instrument sounds as the manufacturer intended it to play.
This means that your guitar may take an extra day to deliver, just so we can get these checks done. You’ll receive email updates once your guitar is ready for despatch.
