Equipped with a Yosemite single-coil in both the bridge position, and a Double Tap™ humbucking neck pickup. These pickups serve up incredibly rich and expressive sounds which are wonderfully versatile and dynamic. Perfect for any style!
The Yosemite Telecaster pickup features a flat-staggered pole pieces for an increased output and feature a coating which allows the coil to ‘breathe’, all whilst maintaining a handle over feedback. A shellac coating is featured on the neck pickup, with a wax potting on the bridge pickup. The humbucker in the neck position offers new tone technologies and player-oriented features designed to inspire.

‘C’ shaped maple neckFamed for its incredible sustain, hugely resonant tone and detailed midrange, Fender chose Alder for the body of the American Performer Telecaster.
Of course, the single cutaway is a big part of the Telecaster’s beloved identity, but it also helps to give fantastic access to the upper registers on the fretboard. Attached to body, you’ll find a bolt-on modern ‘C’ shaped maple neck, finished with a satin finish, resulting in a wonderfully comfortable and smooth playing experience.
Sitting proudly atop the maple neck is a rosewood fingerboard, with a modern 9.5” radius and 22 jumbo size frets.
