However, all guitars purchased are carefully prepared by our Guitar Technicians before leaving Scan, getting treated to a new set of strings and a full 22-point professional set-up before being despatched to you.

Ibanez roasted Maple neckThe secret behind the massive success of Ibanez’s guitars and the reason behind them becoming a staple of rock and metal is pretty simple; the magnificent playability of their neck profiles.
This slim and incredibly comfortable neck makes lightning-fast licks and sweeps a breeze, whilst still offering you all the ground you need for large barre chords. The AZS2200 is dripping in tone, style and attitude.
Gotoh T1802 bridgeIbanez included an impressive Gotoh® T1802 bridge that features machined titanium saddles and a machined steel tremolo block for a quick response, thick lows and rich highs. The 10.5mm string spacing allows for easy picking across strings and its snap-in construction makes it easy to load a tremolo arm.
Further adding to the tone are the Seymour Duncan® Magic Touch-mini™ and Alnico II Pro™ Custom pickups, offering a wide range of clarity and twang, whilst also delivering a nice mid-range bite.
Every Guitar Includes Professional Setup
It doesn’t matter what the value of the guitar, if you buy it from us we take extra steps to ensure you are completely satisfied with your instrument. Each guitar goes through a 22 step professional guitar set up process to make sure your new instrument sounds as the manufacturer intended it to play.
This means that your guitar may take an extra day to deliver, just so we can get these checks done. You’ll receive email updates once your guitar is ready for despatch.
