Protect against installation damage for 28 days.
ScanProtect is an enhanced warranty specifically designed and offered by Scan to reduce the risk of any mishap or damage to components during installation.
Our aim with ScanProtect is to encourage our customers to upgrade or build their own PC confidently. For a small additional fee our customers are provided with complete peace of mind.
Cost Efficient Flexibility
Deploying the DPE-101GI saves both installation costs and equipment costs, allowing a single RJ-45 Ethernet cable to carry both power and data to each device. This reduces cables, eliminates the need for dedicated electrical outlets on the wall, ceiling, or other unreachable place, and most of all, reduces installation time. The Power over Ethernet solution frees IP surveillance cameras and wireless AP deployments from the restrictions of power outlet locations.
High Speed Connectivity
The DPE-101GI Gigabit PoE Injector is designed to be deployed in situations where high bandwidth is demanded. Examples where the DPE-101GI is ideal include powering network devices such as wall mounted PTZ (Pan, Tilt & Zoom) network cameras, ceiling mounted PTZ dome network cameras, video and voice over IP (VoIP) telephones, and wireless LAN access points. Features • Plug-and-Play with no software required
• Easy installation of PoE devices where a power outlet is not available
• Reduces installation and network equipment costs
• Provides power over existing network cabling to PoE devices such as access points, IP cameras and IP phones
• Lightweight and compact
• 802.3af compliant with output PoE power of 0.4 A at 48 V
Please note your statutory rights are not affected.

As a growing number of homes contain more than one computer, their users must find ways to network them. The primary purpose for creating a home network tends to be to provide Internet access to all computers within the house. There are other good reasons, however. These include enabling LAN gaming, data backups from one machine to another and the sharing of music within the home.
