Versatile Overdrive For Many StylesThe CKK Electronics ‘Scream Drive’ is an overdrive with two gain stages, capable of producing high sound pressure and transparent overdrive tone. When using the Disdrive switch, the distortion level is boosted from standard overdrive to super drive distortion. When you shape the frequency point, the tone becomes less aggressive. The scream drive is great for many styles, from classic subtle overdrive to modern and punchy.
The Scream Drive also works as a boost overdrive, when it is placed in front of the amp, it adds more of the picking attack to the tone, touch sensitivity of the bass strings and response speed. If you like the sound of amp distortion the Scream Drive becomes a fine addition to compliment the existing sound without taking any original characteristics away.
