Classic P Bass Styling
slimmer body stylingFender chose the use of Alder wood for the body of the Squier Affinity Precision bass, and thanks to its cutaway design, this allows for easy reach of the upper register.
Connected to this fine body is a solid maple neck with comfortable ‘C’ shape profiling.
ceramic humbuckerIn the name of versatility, Squier included the PJ pickup configuration in order to offer the best of both realms. You’ll find a Jazz bass pickup down at the bridge position, alongside a split single-coil P bass pickup.
Thanks to this configuration, there’s almost nothing this bass can’t handle! To compliment this versatile pickup configuration, Squier included dedicated volume controls for each pickup, alongside a master tone control.
