Sporting a new bold metallic black paintjob, the AEON 2 Noire now features a perforated ear-pad to showcase an all-new sound. In fact, the new AEON 2 Noire’s tuning is almost directly akin to the ‘Harman Curve’, softly boosting bass and treble in comparison to the AEON 2 Closed. The end result is a ‘lighter’ sounding midrange and a soundstage which moves the ‘stage’ a little further from the listener for a noticeably wider and deeper space.

Light and Amazing!
The original Aeon 2 Planar magnetic headphone was a fantastic closed back model, but Dan Clark has reworked it for a re-voiced and slightly more power efficient 'Noire' version and i can't now think of a better lightweight closed back for the studio.
Best used with an amp circuit with a bit of power behind it, UA Apollo X rack units are perfect, or pick up something like the ifi Zen Can and run it from the line outputs.
