Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible picture and sound quality The image is very high contrast and I could find no way to fix this issue - highlights in faces were lost and shadows are murky black. The microphone adds a high pitched whine which people compared to a washing machine spin cycle. Colours are very inaccurate and a brightly lit room at night can have a strong yellow cast. Frankly, I'm surprised it's even possible to build a web cam this bad in 2020.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Terrible Sound....I mean really bad!!! Camera worked satisfactorily although colours appear washed out, however the built in microphone might as well not be there. Sound quality shockingly bad for a webcam at this price point; hopelessly muffled - unable to decipher anything... Optional software a complete waste of time. definitely one to avoid.. Scan's good reputation is compromised when you sell products like this.
