As an ultra-light, ultra-thin fabric light the F21x excels in on-the-go travel and tight spaces, perfect as a close-up key light with the ability to fold compactly. The F21x’s high-output bi-colour chipset provides a tuneable expanded CCT range from 2,500K to 7,500K that can be controlled to match a variety of white light environments with 9 built-in lighting FX.

On-The-Go Travel
2X1 FORM FACTORAs an ultra-light, ultra-thin fabric light, the F21x is compatible with a wide variety of use cases and excels in on-the-go travel and tight spaces. And as a simple, soft light that can fold compactly, it is the perfect close-up key light. Its traditional 2’x1’ form factor allows the F21x to provide ample surface area for an innately soft light, while still producing enough intensity to impact the scene.
CCT Range From 2,500K To 7,500K
OUTSTANDING LIGHT OUTPUTWith 100W of output power, the ultra-lightweight bi-colour flexible panel produces unmatched strength, outputting 3,632+ lux at 1 meter. You can also tune the F21x’s high-output bi-colour chipset over its wide CCT range from 2,500K to 7,500K to match a variety of white light environments, coupled with stepless dimming from 0 to 100% and frequency selection for tuning out flicker.
Compact Setup Design
ULTIMATE FLEXIBILITYThe F21x and its compact setup design is ideal for all types of filmmakers and creators. The F21x includes a compact, folding X-Frame to quickly build the F21x into a rigid panel with ease. This frame can be attached directly to a C-Stand grip head using the Straight Baby Pin adapter, or onto any standard light stand with the included Right-Angle Baby Pin and tilting stand mount.
A Seamless User Experience
POWER SOLUTIONSFor creators looking for a compact and portable lighting solution with a seamless user experience, the F21x control box features a multi-voltage V-Mount or Gold-Mount battery plate compatible with 14.4V/26V/28.8V batteries. Full output can also be achieved using the AC power supply.
Included Soft Box
SOFT DIFFUSIONTo add a beautifully controlled soft light to your scene, attach the included soft box, one of two strengths of diffusion cloths, or the included light control grid using the integrated hook-and-loop fabric to further finesse your lighting design. The F21x can also be combined with the Amaran F21 Lantern with light control skirt to extend the fixture as a volumetric lantern or pancake light.
Reach Out 6 Meters
EXTENDABLE LIGHTTo extend the use cases of the F21x as a portable and mobile follow-light, the F21x can reach out 6 meters away from its compact control box when combining the integrated 3-meter long head cable with the included 3-meter head cable extension.
Mobile App Control
SIDUS LINK APPFor content creators who prefer wireless controls to spend more time behind or in front of the camera, the Sidus Link app will allow you to utilize tools unique to the Aputure and Amaran ecosystems to control the F21x. With the Source Match, Colour Picker, Gel Control and Custom FX functions all in the palm of your hand, choosing the perfect colour for the scene has never been easier.
