Works with oculus riftMy unit works absolutely fine with my oculus rift and I plan on buying a 2nd for my driving simulator as it makes it much much easier to plug your headset.

Does not work with Oculus headsetI received this item and tested that all the ports worked correctly by plugging it into my laptop and using a mouse for the usb ports and a monitor for the HDMI ports.
Since it was all good, I installed into my PC. Unfortunately, whilst the HDMI port works OK for plugging in an HD monitor it was not able to correctly drive an Oculus headset.
The Oculus app showed that the headset was connected with both USB and HDMI but the screen inside the headset remained blank.
I guess that the hard wirded HDMI cable on this device is not quite correct. I don't think that its a fault with just my unit so have just kept it for the extra front USB ports and the occasions I plug a projector into the PC.
