Product Overview Introducing the new PGS-A series to the Performance Gaming System (PGS) family.

The accumulation of heat slowing down PC performance, the clusters of cables cause blockage of smooth airflow inside limited chassis space, these are the concerns that lead us to develop PC cases with improved cable management ability, greater expandability to accommodate more hi-end water cooling systems and fans, and most importantly the exterior design that excel in the concept of transporting air from one end to the other.

For gamers and PC enthusiasts, they can finally stop worrying the building up of heat and for ordinary users, they can finally get a feel of what a truly good performance of a PC is.

Chassis Airflow
Chassis Airflow
Date Issued: 20th Oct 2008

The modern PC is potentially a mass of heat output and heat production hot spots. With CPUs rated at more than 100W of heat output, single graphics boards carrying similar ratings (and people want to run two!), multiple hard drives the norm, lots of memory and mainboards covered in heatpipes to combat toasty core logic and PWM circuits, a PC appreciably warming up a room when it’s working hard is no joke.

Watercooling
Date Issued: 19th Jun 2008

Watercooling for the PC has been around for years in some form or another, for at least as long as Scan have been in business, with basic physics defining why you want to use it. That means for air cooling, to cope with increasing temperature in the heatsink you need to move the air across it faster. That is why thermostatically controlled fans in your PC will turn faster the hotter something gets.

Rated 5 out of 5 by 3 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Clean and Minimalistic very sleek and clean and very easy to build in also if you put all of the stock fans on with molex they are extremely loud 22 November 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Mid Gaming Case i recently bought this pc gaming case. for a Mid sized Case this product i found very spacious inside to fit my hardware in.i have also added an extra x2 120mm fans to the top.can also remove the inner top rack if you would like to fit a water cooler in there too. great case very neat. cant fault it, its a good case if you dont want to go for the very large cases but not to small either. 13 October 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Fantastic Aerocool case. The Aerocool Aero-1000 White Midi Tower Case with window, is a great case for the £60 i paid for it. It has many drive bay options for HDD/SDD and OSD drives, with ease of removing HDD/SSD drive holder to cater for larger GFX cards. The cpu cut-out is well placed, and large enough for CPU cooler back-plates to easily fit. Plenty of fan and Hydro-cooling options, especially with the extra clearance at the top of the case for 240mm hydro-cooling rads + fans. Cable management is better than most cases i have owned, and believe me that is a lot. Still not perfect but pretty close. Clearance is good, for cable management with plenty of zip-tie location fixing points. Not to mention i think the case looks great, and have fitted an Aerocool touch-screen fan controller, which looks great with the rest of the case. To sum-up, this case is an absolute steal for £60 with everything you would need to build a great gaming pc. 19 June 2015
