850W Corsair HX850i, 80 PLUS Platinum, Full Modular, SLI/CrossFire, Single/Multi Rail, 70.8A +12V, 140mm Fan, ATX PSU is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 6.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great efficiency, poor cabling. I would recommend this but I thought the plastic cables felt a bit cheap and could have done with being braided or have braided sleeving. Overall I'm happy with it though and the PSU often reaches 92% efficiency under load.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid, quiet power supply This is a sleek, efficient and quiet power supply. There is an abundance of cables for a great deal of flexibility in builds. The cables are also of a good length too, and there was cable length to spare in a mid-tower build. The cables are nicely braided, and reasonably flexible to get through grommets at awkward angles. The connections to the power supply feel solid and are very easy to use. The unit is silent, as far as I am concerned, with the fan spinning only sparingly in normal use. There is no detectable coil whine. The USB link feature is a neat gimmick, and can display power usage and calculated efficiency, which usually shows in excess of 90%. Overall a solid choice for power supply, especially for potential 2-card SLI setups.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good quality, fair price - No whine! A PSU that is much cheaper than many others but ultra quiet. This PSU gave me no coil whine. Build quality is excellent, very easy to install and connect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product. Quite and powerful, easy to install Does everything a PSU should do. The modular setup is really good, You only have to use the cables you actually need. The cables are thin and flexible. I would recommend this product

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty Good. Had to get a new power supply as my computer was having some serious problems, so this was first on the list as voltages were all over the place. The unit it self is nice and easy to fit, feels solid and give the impression it is built to last. The leads are easy to fit into the power supply itself, the down side was fitting them to the motherboard, the main power lead is stiff and trying to get it into the position you want a little awkward but not impossible, the other leads are easier, but by the time you have what you need connected you are repositioning them as they want to go back into the shape that they have been sitting in, when they were packaged and that tended to be to close to fan blades. Now I wont lie this has been the first time I have ever had to do this and there are more reviews to come as this was one of many faults that needed sorting, but I would recommend this product as if you get a more up to date case that would help with the positioning of the cables, but the ease of fitting them was a big plus. One thing to take into consideration is the plugs that connect to the motherboard, when connecting them they don't give the feeling that they have 'locked' into place but after checking several times they were all okay and everything powered up on first time of asking.
