Rated 5 out of 5 by Easy to use Works nicely out the box with no configuration required. 02 July 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Performs as expected. Good quality metal switch as expected from Netgear. 11 July 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by An excellend SOHO switch Due to one thing or another, I have ended up owning a number of these switches (five, to be precise), and all have performed perfectly. The addition, in the more recently purchased ones, of a small in-line switch on the power cables is a little odd, as if you're close enough to use the switch, you're also close enough to simply unplug the unit, but I suppose there's no harm in including one. The all metal casing is a nice touch, and the mounting slots on the underside (with included screws - handy!) are well spaced and easy to mount with. Beyond that, there's not much else to tell about this device, other than it can get a little warm through continuous use, but being essentially one giant heat-sink, I don't find that it becomes a problem. 06 April 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Built well Built well. has a neat inline power switch, so that was a bonus. sped up my home network like nobody's business! 11 January 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Solid Basically, plug it in and it goes. Replaced an approximately 9-year-old Netgear switch that was finally showing its age, which is why I bought Netgear again. 19 September 2013
