More space needed?
This robust aluminum enclosure can accommodate up to four 3.5" SATA III hard drives. This ICY BOX is connected via USB 3.0 or eSATA to the computer, and thanks to JBOD function – only one USB port will be occupied on the computer, but all HDDs will be recognized as separate drives.

Reviews
4 Bay Icy Box External JBOD Single HDD Enclosure, For 3.5" SATA I/II/III, eSATA, HotSwap, Toolless, Aluminium, Black is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from For the price, it's reasonable. The first one of these had to be returned, as it started corrupting the NTFS Partition Boot Sector of the drives that were put in on rebooting within 24 hours; making the partitions natively unreadable... ...& whilst I got all of the data back using a dock & R-Studio, it was a complete waste of a few days. The second one however is (touch wood) working fine a couple of weeks on - though I have personally found that, having reached the Win10 log-in screen, it needs to be left for about 30 seconds so that the drives are fully initialised prior to going into Windows - otherwise both some crazy drive sizes can be reported &, using Stablebit Drivepool, they can be initially be reported as disconnected - which leads to the pools being rechecked... ...& I imagine that the same disconnected drive state would be reported with Storage Spaces or whatever. The other thing to note is that Diskeeper 16 cannot see the drives at all for defragging , though this isn't critical for the usage I'm putting them to. Oh, & with both enclosures I used the same drives connected to the same USB3 port - so neither of them caused the issue with the first enclosure.. Yeah, so whilst I can't overwhelmingly recommend the thing as it has its quirks, once a working one was gotten then it's doing what I need it to... ...though, to be on the safe side, I've now set up the pooled drives so that the duplication is between internal drives in the PC & the enclosure just in case the same failure occurs.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from 4 Bay Icy Box External JBOD Single HDD Enclosure I have a couple of the previous version of the 4Bay Icy Box enclosure which would occasionally disconnect while using USB3 but this one works perfectly. Transfer speed is good around 95MB/s (USB3) I will definitely consider getting another one when the need arises.
