I had a Dell Ultrasharp 27", which was 7 years old. I thought it was a good monitor but after buying the BenQ 32, I realise I was missing out. The features of the BenQ are excellent. All settings are easily altered either by the software supplied or via the hardware USB control.
The colour is a revelation, the sharpness superb and best of all the monitor can be set to reduce blue light and the resulting eye strain. So overall its a winner.

I received the monitor today and just WOW. Coming off 27" TN 1080P the difference is just huge, picture quality is best I've seen, set up couldn't be easier. I got this for gaming and can definitely recommend it to anyone :)

Rated 4 out of 5 by owenros Excellent all round large screen monitor
Marked overall as 4 star only because it is not a 4K screen however there is an identical Benq 32" 4K monitor, BL3201 but this item is more than £200 more expensive.
Extremely good value for the price

Quite simply this monitor is stunning. The picture quality for CAD is amazing with the rotatable and height adjustable screen a god send. For games the picture quality is the best I have ever seen on anything less than a 5K Mac monitor. Video playback is also incredible. Now for the but.. It's only a small one and easily overcome. The out of the box settings won't suit everyone. I now have mine in user mode and have adjusted to settings found after doing a quick google search. It took no more than two minutes to make everything perfect.

I've upgraded to this after many years using a BenQ FP241W 24" monitor and wow! I wish I'd done it before. The quality is excellent, I can see no discernable banding, dead pixels or other issues. Setup was dead easy with the remote button so no fiddling around with awkard buttons on the monitor itself.
Colouras are lovely, blacks are truely black which makes playing games like Skyrim a joy.
I don't really play any FPS games in any serious way, and my ability would be more of a limiting factor than the refresh/response rates of the monitor anyway, so I can't comment on that. I'd rather have picture quality over speed any day.
I do a lot of writing, map making etc so I can never have enough real-estate. The 32" doesn't feel too much therefore. In fact I'm now running my old monitor in portrait mode with extended desktop beside this new one. At 2560x1440 the pixel density is pretty much the same as my 24" monitor running at 1920 x 1200, so none of the squinting I've seen with widescreen or 27" monitors.
In summary, this monitor is making a huge difference, far, far more than I thought it would. Highly recommended

Rated 5 out of 5 by Mugwump00 Immersive, vibrant, excellent etc.
After the bitter disappointment of a 27" 'TN' 4K display, which despite being let down by Windows 8.1's awful 4K handling and Intel's lies about Iris & 4K, was just a wishy-washy mess, I thought I'd keep it simple with another 1440p display - but bigger. And how lucky I am to have chosen this stunner! OK, the default settings are all over the place, and the little USB OS-Controller gadget seems u/s, but once configured the picture is stunning. Particularly good is the readability of text, and the deep blacks. I don't do much gaming, but the little I do is now highly immersive. Somethings are gimmicks - the ECO-mode sensor relies on your head being 12" from it, always, the speakers are tragic and my NUC/HD5000 cannot output to it via DisplayPort, but otherwise this must be one of the best tech bangs-for-£ around. Makes my Dell U2711 look anaemic. Treat yourself!
