Asus Monitor - Ultra HD (4K) - 32" IPS LED Display - PA328Q

Experience Asus UHD (4K) Monitor Visuals

The Asus PA328Q is a professional-grade 32” monitor that utilises a 4K resolution display. Technologies embedded within the screen help with a variety of aspects such as eye care – low blue light and flicker-free tech reduce eye-strain. This 4K (UHD) Asus monitor makes use of a wide variation of port connections, allowing you to link up to other peripherals with ease.

Wider, Bigger, Larger View all at Once

Ultra high definition 3840 x 2160 resolution (4K UHD) yields a superior pixel density of 157 PPI (pixels per inch) on the large 32-inch screen, for outstandingly detailed images. Never miss a shot again and always have the advantage by filling your peripheral vision with detail filled action.

FlickerFree Display, Safer Gaming

Flicker-Free technology reduces flicker to give you a comfortable gaming experience. This minimizes instances of eyestrain and other potentially damaging eye ailments when you're embroiled in long, drawn-out gaming sessions.

See More with an Enhanced Colour Count

The 10-bit Deep Colour RGB display panel ensures substantially more natural transitions between hues for exceptional realism. A smooth blend between colours can be vital in modern games to create a truely immersive experience, helping to display the game's true colours, as well as revealing commonly used particle effects to their spectacular full potential.

Blue Light Reducer

Reducing the amount of blue light ultimately allows our eyes to feel less tired while working long hours with a computer screen. We achieved it by adjusting the monitor's brightness and color temperature through a new feature called “Blue light reduction” easily accessible through the monitor’s OSD menu.

Image Scaling with Ease

A hotkey lets you preview your photos and documents on screen in their actual sizes prior to printing; it also provides you with an alignment grid to ensure everything is straight and true.

There's also an intuitive 5-way navigation joystick so you can easily access and switch OSD settings on the onscreen menu.

Swivel, Pivot, Tilt and Adjust Height

The PA328Q features a slim profile and an ergonomically-designed stand with tilt, swivel, pivot, and height adjustments so you can always find that ideal viewing position.

PC monitor manufacturers tend to focus on a particular buzzword or acronym almost every year. In the past, we have been treated to HD (high definition), denoting the screen is capable of running a minimum 720p resolution.

Choosing a monitor is not an easy decision to make, and not just because of the large number of variations in resolution, refresh rates, sizes and connectivity options. There are also varying panel technologies used to form each display that need to be considered. These panel technologies can be grouped into three broad categories which cover the vast majority of monitors sold in the consumer market.

32" ASUS PA328Q IPS 4K ProArt Monitor, 3840x2160, 6ms, 350cd/m², 100M:1 HDMI 2.0 (MHL)/ 2x HDMI/DP 1.2/miniDP/4x USB 3.0 is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 2.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Monitor - No MacOS calibration ASUS software only PC I love the monitor and design. Setup is easy and instructions are clear. Connection options are many and simple to setup. The box is over size for the product as the base of the stand is fixed and makes the box more a 'suitcase' than a slim box. The lack of ASUS MacOS software (only PC available) is a major disappointment in a monitor directed to photography and high resolution work where there are a large number of Mac users.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good for the intended purposes of 3d cad design and graphics work I went with this monitor having been through 4 previous monitors of similar price and it is by the far the best one - less input lag - not noticeable at 60 hertz, better pixel response time and no where near as much light bleed as the others if not at all from the angle of sitting. the monitor is good in size, the 32 inch is good for 4km if your eyes can deal with reading small text if not I'd consider a little higher in size. but 32 inch is on the edge for maximum monitor largeness I say. The work space is so good, you can have 3d design program, with information / references open on another window. also within the 3d design program you can easily have 4 windows open or 2. 60hertz unless you got a display port you won't get 60hertz refresh rate it is advertised hdmi 60 hertz which in theory works but isn't supported to its full extent. if you set it to 60 hertz all seems good until the text starts going blues to reds and becomes ever so slightly blurry. Light Bleed at the angle of sitting there is no sign of light bleed, however coming to stand up where your head is above the top bezel there seems to be light bleed at the top, 5,7 cm in diameter, this disappears if you ever so slightly press again the bezel. it also seems to have its mind of its own when you come to re position the monitor it comes and goes, sometimes after you touched the bezel to move the height it can get worse but after nudging it very gently it goes. Red to Blue colour shift there is noticeable colour shift from left to right vice versa, the left side has more red and the right side has greenish blueish colour. perhaps a re calibration. haven't done that so don't know as of yet. Line Flicker when connected with the display port there seems to be intermittent flickering of vertical lines ever so often about 3 times a day or so or 4. mainly happens when playing a video or within a 3d design application when you are moving around within the display renderer area. when this happens the vertical lines stretch the entire bottom to top of the screen, they are blue in colour. have not noticed it at all when using the HDMI Cable. there is about 3 to 4 of these lines when it happens. Brightness the monitor is more than enough bright any any light you can set it so that its easily comfortable to look at which is very good because I have photosensitivity eyes. though I always use a backlight behind the monitor. input time - mouse 60 and 30 hertz 60 hertz, the response is fast, I can't tell if there is a delay or not, I have moved from higher response time on my laptop and to this monitor I cant tell any difference at 60hertz via DP. 30hertz: but if I use HDMI at 30 Hertz there is a delay also for some strange reason I have 3 mice, only one has lower input lag for which i have no idea why, the other mouse has horrible input delay. maybe software related as it requires some third party software for some macros I have set up. pixel response time / blur there is blur and some ghosting or colour that seems to go ahead when moving a window at 30hertz. at 60 hertz is smooth cant notice much if there is blur. where there is contrasted colours from light to dark and when you move a window seems to have an effect where the line of change would change reddish in colour / greenish colour IPS Glow there is IPS Glow Everything else is fine for what I use it for so very happy with the colour , work space and size get a lot done with ease , much less virtual desktop shuffling and saves multi monitor set ups. overall I would recommend this monitor if the price range was £200 less and you are using it for 3d design CAD / graphics etc. and I wouldn't buy it for the use of graphics / photography printing materials. if you are going to game just keep it casual by all means. I have played Fez on it , the sims and is fine, I haven't played any FPS games but would imagine it would be okay for just casual play and make sure its 60hertz via DP.
