You can let xmp sort the settings or drop vram if you like mines stable at 2400mhz at 1.5v and just as happy at 2600mhz at 1.6v gets flacky at 2800mhz though!

The RAM memory doesn't affect your GPU VRAM in anyway, you will be fine to perform the upgrade.
