Rated 4.1 out of 5 by 10 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent Value I have used these drives in the past before the cost started to come down to a more affordable price They really are excellent value for money and above all FAST !! 11 May 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great I baught this as my original SSD gave up on me and I wanted something cheaper. I installed this into my PC and installed a fresh copy of Windows 10.....wow. It is lightning fast and for £30 it's a bargain! 15 April 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Nice cheap SSD thats a great addition to have, I have a stupid number of PCs. I dont know why, because I can only actually use a few at a time and the rest are simply built up and then dumped either in the attic or the hallway ready for me to dig it back out because I am bored of my current one. The thing is, that every PC boots from an SSD of some kind, and even my Laptops are doing the same thing. I have removed the DVD and replaced it with a HD Caddy so that with my Windows Laptops, I have a 120GB root drive and the original HD as the /home drive, with the swap on the SSD of course! This particulr drive has done the rounds in my home, of being the C: and the root of a couple of Laptops, plus the main C: of a Desktop to give it a good run about and it has performed admirably. Now, the drive itself is stil fairly new, and so how it will fare over time, I simply cannot know, but in theshort time that I have had it, I have been more than happy with it. Its not the fastest SSD I have by a long way, but its also nowhere near the slowest either. It says that itsa 560Read, but I would seriously argue that one out. Its a solid good all rounder and the price does make it a competetive drive that is a better purchase than some others. Put simply, you wont be disappointed by this, so dont argue, just get it. 18 March 2016
Rated 1 out of 5 by Don't bother with one of these. Bought this drive and it failed the first time I tried to install an OS onto it. Absolute junk. Scan were great at replacing though and I now have an SK Hynix Canvas 250 gb instead. 04 February 2016
Rated 5 out of 5 by Cheap, cheerful, seems to work well. Wanted a cheap SSD. This is an SSD. And cheap. Have been using in two machines for a few weeks, seems to work fine. No noticeable performance difference when compared to Samsung EVO, but I've not benchmarked it. Presumably inconsequential difference, if any, for most users. Love the name, hilarious logo. Would recommend. 22 January 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Stores your files This hard-drive will store your files for you, it does this well and is easy to install. 13 January 2016
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Product I brought this SSD to put in a second system of my purely because of the price and having other SSD's with the Phison S10, that worked great. Was not disappointed getting very near the advertised speeds empty and not that much of a hit fully loaded up with an OS and different programs. So far have nothing to complain about will just have to see what it is like over time as being so cheap I am expecting it not to be as amazing as it has been so far. 23 December 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Cheap and fast but unreliable Picked one of these up for my new Skylake build about 2 months ago . Worked perfect with ok transfer speeds for the price . But unfortunately it just died after 2 months of use . OS became unresponsive all of a sudden and after reboot drive was not detected .Have tested in different sata ports and also brothers PC and same issue not showing the drive . I know it was cheap but i expected longer than two months . I bought a samsung 840 over 18 months ago and still works perfect . Maybe i was unlucky but a quick google search shows the patriot blast SSD does not have a great reputation . 11 December 2015
