Q. Can I change an order prior to completion ?
A. No, once checkout has been completed it is not possible to amend an order, this includes the delivery address, so please ensure the correct delivery address is selected during the eBay checkout process.
Q. If I need to make a complaint, what is the procedure?
A. Although the majority of our orders process perfectly, we are only human and accept sometimes issues arise which gives you cause to complain. Whether it be a delayed order, an issue with the delivery company or a returned or faulty item. Q. What delivery options are available ?
A. We use a courier company DPD to ensure delivery next working day and covered for insurance purposes. We currently offer Standard delivery from 8am onwards next working day.
Q. What Payment methods do Scan Accept ?
A. We currently only accept payment via PayPal.
Q. How much will delivery cost me?
A. We currently charge a standard rate of £4.99 on all orders
Q. Do you have any delivery restrictions?
A. Yes we currently only delivery to mainland UK, this excludes PO BOX and BFPO Addresses

Q. How will I know you have received my order?
A. We will send you an email as soon as you have placed your order confirming your purchase. You will also receive an email from Paypal advising you your account has been debited. You will also be sent an email once your order has been despatched informing you its on its way.
Q. How do I know when to expect my order ?
A. We will send you confirmation by email once your order has been dispatched and its on its way. Our courier service will then send you a SMS informing you the hour window when they will deliver.
Q. Do you offer Price Matching ?
A. SCAN constantly checks market prices and where possible we always order from the Manufacturer directly to ensure we are offering a competitive price with a good service. We also hold genuine stock in our large Warehouse and not advertising stock by our supplier’s.
Q. What can I do if the product I ordered has come down in price ?
A. When you place an order, the price that you see is the most competitive prices that we can provide at that time. If you discover that the price has lowered but your order has been shipped then unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund on the price difference.
