very bright ,don't regret buying ,

these were bought to use as a bed side light ,i'e these both sit on top of my cupboard with a switch at the side of my bed

they draw @12 volts dc about 370ma at switch on ,which goes down to about 244ma
both tubes appear optically matched

also ideal for fitting inside a pc (which is what they are designed for)
