This is the most irritating piece of computer hardware I have had the displeasure of owing for quite some time.
The wifi connection quality is atrocious, it loses print jobs all the time, sitting idle for ~5 mins after the job is sent or stopping half way in to a page, I have to use it with a cable unless I want to waste 10 sheets of paper per job. The 'scan-to-computer' daemon crashes and is 'unavailable' so frequently it is basically a useless function. It jams regularly if asked to print more than 3 pages in succession. It makes a quite impressive amount of noise 'preparing' itself for before and after doing anything to the point I would find it quite amusing if not for the knowledge I paid for this comical machine with my own money.
Even using a cable to connect to it, it comes and goes being recognized by the computer so I often find myself having to unplug it and plug it back in again between print jobs.
Overall conclusion: Rather useless. Unless you're lonely and like having something to rage at other than the television. I would give it 0 stars if that was an option. I once had a £20 printer from Tesco that was more reliable. And the ink was cheaper, and refillable. In fact, I'm going to look for it.
