Chassis Airflow Cases >> Chassis Airflow The modern PC is potentially a mass of heat output and heat production hot spots. With CPUs rated at more than 100W of heat output, single graphics boards carrying similar ratings (and people want to run two!), multiple hard drives the norm, lots of memory and mainboards covered in heatpipes to combat toasty core logic and PWM circuits, a PC appreciably warming up a room when it’s working hard is no joke. Read Further >> Watercooling Coolers - Water >> Watercooling Watercooling for the PC has been around for years in some form or another, for at least as long as Scan have been in business, with basic physics defining why you want to use it. That means for air cooling, to cope with increasing temperature in the heatsink you need to move the air across it faster. That is why thermostatically controlled fans in your PC will turn faster the hotter something gets. Read Further >> AMD 64 Processors CPUs >> AMD 64 Processors This TekSpek explains what AMD’s AMD64 CPU instruction set architecture (ISA) is, shows what CPUs implement it from both AMD and Intel, and explains what software is available to run on those 64-bit consumer processors. Read Further >> AMD AM2 CPUs >> AMD AM2 The purpose This TekSpek quickly and easily explains AMD’s new processor socket and related technology to the reader, comparing it to AMD’s previous socket types. Read Further >> Core 2 CPUs >> Core 2 There’s been a lot of hype about Intel’s Core 2 recently, even since they launched Core in fact. Words like Conroe, Badaxe and Allendale have been flying around. The bottom line is that Core 2 is the name of Intel’s latest line of CPUs, based on a new micro-architecture, designed for speed and efficiency. Read Further >> Intel Branding Part I CPUs >> Intel Branding Part I Intel’s been on a mission of late. That mission revolves around grouping and standardising key technologies under various banners that are designed to ensure hardware compatibility and consumer ease of use. We’ll take a closer look at three such technologies that fall under the headings of Centrino, Viiv, and vPro, respectively. Read Further >> Intel Core 2 Duo (Conroe) CPUs >> Intel Core 2 Duo (Conroe) The purpose of this TekSpek is to delineate the publicly known features of Intel’s next generation desktop microarchitecture. Codenamed Conroe and officially titled Intel Core 2 Duo, it’s loosely based on the current mobile Yonah (Core Duo) underpinnings. Read Further >> Overclocking GPU - Graphics >> Overclocking This TekSpek explains why you’d want to overclock your graphics board, the risks in doing so and how you can go about doing it. Read Further >> Noise Reduction Sound >> Noise Reduction Anybody who has been near their share of computer systems will appreciate that not all systems make the same amount of noise. There are a number of reasons for why this is so. Firstly, a computer makes noise for different reasons. Generally, anything mechanical is going to make noise. Read Further >>

Quiet and cool. CPU has not yet run above 30 degrees C!
Radiator is fairly bulky but still fit easily in mATX case. Fan speed is adjustable but doesn't appear to be affected by temperature. Can't verify this yet because the system stays so cool.

If you don't want the hassle of custom building a watercooling system but are tired of the drone of a high speed fan to keep your CPU cool, the Corsair H80 is the way to go. Its relatively simple to install and quiet even when running on the highest setting.

I have an i5 3570k overclocked to 4.4 Ghz from the stock 3.4 Ghz and it runs at 30 deg C on general desktop duty and around 40 deg C when gaming.
If you want to change the speed setting of the pump, you have to do this on the block itself. Corsair are introducing a means of controlling this (Corsair Link) but its something else that you need to buy. It would be great if this could be done without the need of an additional product.

Great cooling performance
Quiet mode is good
Attractive design, pleasing to the eye
Easy to install once you've watched a few videos on youtube
Despite instructions recommending to suck air into the case, you can easily reverse if preferred
Wish the fans were a little quieter on the performance mode
Installation instructions were not 100% clear - did not even mention molex power connector requirement
Can't adjust fan speed without opening the case
