ProLite TH5563MIS is a 55'' Full HD professional, feature-rich and robust LED-backlit display with touch functionality (infrared - 6 compatible touch points). Incorporating the latest Commercial Grade 120Hz IPS panel technology, the display guarantees great viewing from all angles, high brightness and exceptional colour clarity. It also features an ambient light sensor delivering optimal picture quality with the added benefit of saving on power. The display supports PIP, a video-wall function and incorporates a wide range of video and audio inputs which ensures compatibility with multiple platforms. ProLite TH5563MIS is prepared for easy installation using the VESA wall mount. This display will suit a wide range of applications including Interactive Signage, Retail, Exhibitions, Kiosks, Education and Training, Conference Centres and Presentations.
Features Touch technology - infrared
This technology uses infrared backlight. A touch event is registered with great accuracy when the infrared light is blocked by a finger or stylus. This technology that does not rely on an overlay or substrate to register a touch event, so it's impossible to physically "wear out" the touchscreen. The infrared technology ensures great picture performance. As there is no overlay or substrate on the screen the display characteristics remain virtually unaffected by the touch functionality.
The multi-touch functionality is supported under Windows® 7/8 only.
IPS
IPS technology offers higher contrast, darker blacks and much better viewing angles than standard TN technology. The screen will look good no matter what angle you look at it.
FULL HD
With true 1920 x 1080p resolution this LFD is ready to display high definition images. This means it can accommodate more information on the screen; e.g. 60% more in comparison to a 1280 x 1024 monitor.
PIP
PIP (Picture in Picture) function allows you to watch images coming from two different sources at the same time.
VESA
VESA mount compliance means you can easily mount the LFD to any mounting that complies with the VESA standard.
