Product Overview

The Corsair Dominator® Platinum builds on the legacy of the world’s most awarded high-performance memory, adding a striking new industrial design and LED lighting effects. Like all Dominator memory modules, they are built using only select memory ICs, highly-screened for performance and stability, and feature our patented DHX® (Dual-path Heat eXchange) cooling technology, so you can push them to the limit.

The new design will look great in your current system—or your next build—and the user-swappable light bar lets you customize the LED lighting to match your rig. You even can connect Dominator Platinum to the Corsair Link system to monitor temperature and activity. It’s memory with both muscle and finesse.

Features

Hand Screened Performance IC's

DHX cooling

Customizable light bar
Customize the look and feel of your memory with upgradable light bars and light pipes. Coming December 2012.

Corsair Link compatibility
The Corsair Link Digital connector allows you to monitor your memory's temperature for an optimal combination of performance and stability.

Can I split this between two GD65's?

Is it ok, to split this package between 2 x http://www.scan.co.uk/products/msi-z87-gd65-gaming-intel-z87-s-1150-ddr3-sata-iii-6gb-s-sata-raid-pcie-30-(x16)-d-sub-(vga)-dvi-d-a

I understand this mobo is set for dual channel, and this package is quad channel, but is it ok to use two stick for each mobo? Or would that cause any issues?

Answer:
You could split the packs but you will need to confirm this frequency and voltage is compatible with the board and CPU.
