Good Points+: Stunningly fast in my 2008 Mac Pro (3,1). Boot times reduced by 2/3rds! At only 256GB you have to know how to organise your data ie system info on the mSATA drive and User Data (photos, video, music etc) on mechanical drives - use Google to search for advice.

Bad Points−: I'm using a PCie card from OWC (AccelsiorM) to hold the mSATA drive ie NOT installed in a drive bay. Whilst the x16 PCie slot ends up providing a link "width" greater than 3Gbs (actually 4Gbs) at the moment I can't fix the new drive as the boot drive in System Preferences. I have to select it via the alt key during startup.
