ZyXEL P-320W is a firewall router with 4-port switch for sharing Internet access. The built-in IEEE 802.11g Access Point allows you to connect wireless devices to the network. With the powerful SPI firewall, the P-320W provides security protection for home computers surfing the Internet.

ZyXEL's One-Touch Intelligent Security Technology (OTIST) automatically establishes a wireless connection and set up the highest level of security available between the P-320W and any ZyXEL OTIST enabled wireless clients.

What is covered?

For under warrant products, we warrant the RMA service in free of charge. The warranty does not cover user induced damage such as accidental, abused, misused, tampered with, subjected to abnormal working conditions, unauthorised modification or natural disasters.

For out of warranty products, we charge the standard rate of a replacement product.

What is the turn around time?

Turn around time is 7 days from receipt of the unit. This does not include delivery time for the return.

Who pays for shipping?

The customer pays for the delivery cost to ZyXEL, while ZyXEL pays the cost to return the product to you.

What do I need to send and how?

If the defect occurs within 28 days of purchase, the unit needs to be sent along with all accessories and user documentation that was included when purchased. A complete replacement will be arranged and sent back to the customer.

If the defect occurs after 28 days from the purchase date, only the unit needs to be sent back.
