Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect! Retro LED fans for that sleeper build case! These are very retro, and perfect for retro sleeper build computers that use 80mm fans rather than the more modern 120mm or 140mm fans. I've just build three matching computers using these fans and they can be a little noisy at full load, but these thankfully came with a speed controller (That mounts in one of the rear card slots on your case, but not the board) to slow them down and change the led lighting effects. Again, perfect for a retro sleeper build and do a great job of exhaust fans on my passively cooled Athlon 3000 sleeper PC's.

You get an led fan, quite basic but with choices of leds colour changing, fixed colour or off, a control panel to mount at the rear of your desktop pc and a wired remote with magnet to stick on the side of your PC, Speed control keeps the fans quiet but still moving the air, For the price a real bargain. Very pleased

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cheap but not cheaply made, however.. Decent quality fans, particularly for the money, and nice that they come with a controller that fits into a fullsize expansion slot to provide manual control over the speed and the ability to fix a particular colour. Without setting a colour, the LEDs will fade through the spectrum at a pleasant speed and they are bright and clear. The fans are quite loud at full pelt but still softer than I would have expected at this price. There are a few disadvantages, however. The biggest for me is that the fans themselves are 4 pin PWM but if you want to control the lights via the rear slot controller you'll need a spare male molex plug. Also, the female molex socket is not a passthrough one, so be sure you have enough or order some splitters to go with it. This mix of old and new doesn't feel right and made a right mess of my case with adapters and splitters everywhere. The wired remote is also very odd looking and seems to have been an afterthought in terms of design. Overall, you can't complain for the money but do make sure you have those spare molex plugs before ordering (or use the fans without the controller).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice set for those looking for some jazz Box includes a backplate with speed controller and even comes with a wired remote allowing you to adjust it. Not ultra-quiet, but quite acceptable. Exceptional value and adds a bit of spice to your case.

What type of power connector does this fan have?

I have managed to get some with a 4pin Molex connector in the past which look very similar, and would like to make sure these have the standard 3pin fan plugs. Thanks.

No these don't. I was a little surprised to see these came with their own proprietary connections that come with a little rear mounted backpane to adjust LED effects and speed of fan. Very retro!
