Product Overview Buffalo TeraStation™ - FREE MiniStation Hard Drive Promotion: Please Click Here

Buffalo TeraStation™ III is a larger capacity NAS device with robust RAID 5 capability. The redundancy of four separate hard drives in RAID 5 or RAID 1 modes mean that even if a hard drive fails, your data is safe. With Hot Swap functionality, if a drive does fail, the TeraStation III automatically powers down the faulty drive, enabling you to safely remove and replace without losing any data, or down time. The replication function allows the connection of a second TeraStation via LAN port and replicates the data to improve reliability, fault tolerance or accessibility. The perfect solution for the home office or small to medium business that needs large, easy-to-deploy, easy-to-manage, redundant network attached storage. Features • Five operational modes: Standard, RAID 0, 1, 5, 10

• Hot Spare & Mirroring – a failover mechanism provides reliability for uninterrupted operation

• Supports Apple Time Machine – Back-up multiple Mac computers

• EXT3 Reader – Back-up data held on attached USB hard drives via the USB ports can be read on Windows based PCs.

• Automatic Disk Encryption

• Quota Management – prevent misuse of disk space by allocating the right amount of space by user

• Active Directory Support – Simplify the management of each TeraStation

• In-built DLNA Media Server

• In-built BitTorrent Client

• WebAccess – remotely access the TeraStation III from anywhere via PC, Mac or iPhone

• Supports NFS – can be mapped from UNIX so that a wide range of users can access the drives

• In-built Print Server

• LCD Status Display and intuitive web interface
